i have been around DA for about 6 years as of 2009.
but somewhere along the way i stopped coming here so much, not sure why.
today i thought about it again and logged in to see what was happening.
the site has been updated a lot, i see.
but unfortunately, apart from the improved framework of the community, DA seems to have stagnated pretty severely.
i spent about an hour browsing the site, and the main thing i noticed were the unavoidable heaps of shitty fan-art and un-original copies of copies of copies.
you can't go more than a couple of clicks without finding a gallery full of blatant tracings, copy-cat anime fan-art or other generic
